..HIGHLIGHTS OF 2011!

In August team mate Will produced an awesome show all about comedy. His special guest was Tom Gleisner. Will recorded vox pops and jokes with his friends at school and the team shared some jocularity with Tom… check out the podfor a bit of a chortle or even a gaffaw!

And what did Tom have to say about the show?

“Primary Perspectives is one of my favourite radio shows. The kids who present it are all well researched, enthusiastic and articulate. They also seem genuinely interested in their guests although, in my case, it’s possible they were just being polite!!” Tom Gleisner, Writer/Performer, Melbourne

Now that’s a real joke Tom… the team all loved having you on the show!

Roving reporter Miani attended the 2011 Star Trek convention in Melbourne and met the stars – William Shatner (Captain James T Kirk), Scott Bakula (Captain Jonathan Archer), Suzie Plakson (Worf’s wife K’Ehleyr) and JG Hertzler (Klingon Warrior Martok).

Miani also interviewed Suzie and JG… how coool! ….check out this great pod Live long and prosper!

Suzie Plakson chats with roving reporter Miani
This is a day that I will remember for the rest of my life! Thank you Suzie and JG Hertzler for such great interviews… you rock!!!

And what did Suzie have to say when she joined the team for their 1st Birthday Show on 26thJuly 2011?

“What an adorable, fun show. Sooooo important! I’m so incredibly moved, and I’m SO HONOURED. Anyway, MANY thanks to those totally precious children for the fun and joy and satisfaction of being associated with something SO wonderful!

Suzie Plakson, Actor/Singer/Songwriter, Hollywood, USA

Lily, Molly and Miani spoke with Neill Gladwyn, Creative Director of the 2011 Victorian State School Spectacular about this year’s truly SPECTACULAR show ‘Show Time’ (and they also performed in ‘Show Time’ as well – excellent performances girls, you ROCK!)
